Gallia is a female fronted, 4-headed, Belgian cinematic metalband. Cinematic metal? Yes, you can describe us as symphonic metal, but that doesn’t really cover all the bases. We create symphonic metal with an amount of epicness and storytelling that would fit a dark fantasy trilogy on the big screen. It combines bombastic orchestration, choir elements and imaginative lyrics with heavy guitar riffs and hard-hitting drums. It’s a beautiful melting pot of the best of both worlds. It scratches the itch for movie-lovers, fantasy-geeks as well as metalheads.
That’s why we call it cinematic metal.
In September 2022 Gallia released their first full-length album: Obscura. This album has been 3 years in the making, perfecting every part of it until ultimate epicness is reached.
